What plugs you use for the injectors won't make a difference. The dropping resistor is pretty important though. But make sure if you've got low impedence or high impedence injectors before you start doing anything like that. You only need to wire a resistor into the DE harness if you're running low impedence.
You really ought to know what components are on the motor before you even begin to try and fix things like this.
As to the ECU pinouts, I've run a DET ecu on a DE harness so I don't think there are any differences when it comes to RWD CA's.
