OK, 1st off, i want to say that i have done my homework and i have read ( WDRacing Thread : zerothread?id=113171 )

Now with that out of the way, ill tell you all what my problem is and how i plan to fix it.

My problem is that i taped into th oil pan to low and the oil is backing up in my oil line and now i have a smokey turbo, i'm running the T25 setup with a SSA manifold and the turbo is really low and its hard to find a spot to drill into the oil pan so i can return the oil without it backing up ( P.S. if anyone here is running the T25/T28 setup, please let me know were you drilled into your oil pan b/c i cant find a spot thats vertical )........so i read up on WDRacing Thread and i found that the only problem was that you need a pump that can run dry and that you need to have a vented oil return line so that the oil pump will not suck too much oil from the turbo and blow the turbo like WDRacing in his project.........

But i think i have foud the answer to all the problem that he had and that other could come up with.

Here it is : The Westech Modified Turbo Oil Scavenge Pump

The info about the pump :

http://westech.home.mindspring...3.htm

The web site of the pump : http://westech.home.mindspring...p.htm

Now this is what i was thinking about doing running a oil - 10an oil return line vertical to a tee off then run a hose from the tee off to the pump and run a hose from the pump to the oil pan were i had tapped into.....now at the hole i left open at the tee off i'm going to run a hose 3 or 4 inch up so the oil will not run out but the pump can still suck air ( so i dont blow my turbo like WDRacing did ) if there is no more oil for the pump to suck.

Well what do you guys think?

i wish i could run a top mount turbo setup,b/c its really easy to run a vertical oil return line ( LIKE IN PIC BELLOW ) with a topmount setup on a KA- but i dont want to buy another turbo and stuff.

EZ top mount KA-T oil return line : ( !Keep Reading Below the Pic! )

If anyone running a t25/t28 bottom mount KA-T setup and you could get me a pic of your oil return line into your oil pan.....that would help me out alot! so i dont have to spend $130.00 for this oil return pump.......thanks

weld the hole that you made, and make the new hole closer to the top of the pan, Im not running a t25 setup but im pretty sure you would be okay with that.

Trust me I know you don't want to take off that damn oil pan again lol.

Why not drill into the block or the front cover?

You can also, use a reservoir to receive the oil and pump it back to the crankcase. You will need more oil in the system though
