You'd be surprised.

Mama's the one who demanded the 6" Rancho lift, the RS9000's, the 35" tires and said "Get rid of those uglyass running boards!"

There's still mud on the headliner from her last excursion. :rolleyes

Actually, if you read consumer reports they rank the Buick LeSabre way up there, in line with the Camry, Maxima, and Accord. In fact, the LeSabre ranks higher than the Maxima. I think we can all agree that an old Maxima can outlast any Buick on the road.

CR is just a rag that spews the same predictable stereotypes repeatedly then calls itself a dependable resource. They dont really seem to "test" anything.

Back to the issue at hand... make sure you consider initial purchase cost in this whole decision-making process. Nissans will be cheaper, with reliability on par and parts more affordable.

dont even complain about the blazers. I had to learn how to drive on an 85 blazer with power windows and a cassette player, but no power steering. screw bowflex, with the Blazer, you get a full upper body workout from making a 90 degree turn.

4Runner. Good smooth quiet vehicles.

And are you selling the suburban or just replacing it as I thought it was in the line up for you oldests first car?

I'll likely sell it.

My oldest son wants a '66 'Burb with only 2 doors.
