need new brakes....advice?

I've heard you can use the stock rear disk brakes off of a 300zx and use them on a 240sx. I have an 1989 240, can I do this?

300zx is 5-lug, and larger diameter.

so all these guys on here talkin about takin the 300zx breaks and puttin them on 240's.... how are they doin it? Thanx for the help
