alright man look, i am not going to be an *** about this, but there are a TON of threads on how to hook this thing up and multiple people have now told you how to do it. You have even gotten a pic. This is easily the SIMPLEST thing you will EVER install on your car. Below is another pic, if you can NOT get yours installed with this pic, then i am sorry to say but your days of car work are going to be short lived. Now on the other hand, I am also very sorry but it looks like you got screwed and bought a cheap setup and it may not fit and you might have to live with that also. But check out the pic and read what everyone has said and if you cant get it right, go outside close your hood, lock up your car and dont touch it unless you are driving it somewhere.

BTW you do NOT have a cold air intake, they go behind the bumper, you have a short ram intake, which stays in your engine bay.

It's an easy part to install, but mine is bent improperly. I thouhgt maybe someone knew a trick to making this fit.

And yeah, I know, the cold air intake has an extra elbow on it.

Don't know if its me but....BarnDog's intake pipe and that "nismo" pipe seem to have the same bends. From what I see, it looks like a few clamps and 4 screws have to be turned and 2 or 3 hoses to be connected and VOILA....done! I am a newb to these cars and I think I am going with a mas adapter and K&N from AMS and stock piping.

Actually, after looking at young guns' pipe...it looks too long after the bend with the nipples. Try to exchange that pipe with the company or get a refund.

Demand a refund. Those cheap intakes get it close enough for people with fabrication skills. They almost always need extra work to make them fit properly. If you want a bolt-in perfect fit you're going to have to pay for a quality product like AEM or Injen. If you just want a filter on the stock piping just get an adapter on ebay and buy a K&N filter. I doubt the company will give you a refund if you only return half of what you purchased.

do what? what do you mean true cold air intake for $40? I'd like to know what you mean by this.

Yeah, after looking at that, it looks like my intake is longer in that one part. I've contacted the company on this, waiting to get an answer

If so I have the same one and am also experiencing problems with it fitting, no problem with where the hoses, maf, etc. go. It just seem like it will not fit where it is supposed to. The bracket that bolts up to the radiator support seems like it is totally off.

If anyone has pics of a intake similar to this one installed or has any tips for install, it would be great if you could give us some help.
does your mafs adapter fit? b/c mine didnt .... got it in ,but i had to cut the part where the 4 bolts are and use some of the old intake pipe to get it to fit .....

Most of the Ebay intakes are badly designed (specially for S13), I just went thru this with my son. And we also had to returned the intake for a refund....
