I bought a back up camera, and right now have it wired and tucked underneath to the rear driver side to the trunk. The instructions says to wire it underneath the bumper.

How can I have access to underneath with the wiring?

If the camera is getting mounted to the liftgate, you'll need to route the wire to the top. Ideally, you will want to route it through the existing grommet to minimize both the possibility of getting water in places you don't want it and to minimize the chance that the wire might get caught on something. It could end up bring a major pita.
