Need help, running too rich

If you gave the ECU 12V when it only expects 5V, you very may well have shorted it out...Take the cover off your ECU and check for burnt chips. Sorry man.

It looks fine, no burn chips, scorched silicone, or swollen capacitors, and the red light still functions like on a working ecu. Could anything be causing my revving problem other than the maf or the ecu? When I unplug the maf the car runs leaner but still doesnt rev, this suggests there is a bigger underlying problem other than or in addition to the maf right?

I'm not experiencing an rpm limit, it idles between 500-900rpm and whenever I give it any throttle at all the rpms drop and it kills the motor.

Do you have a boost leak? An exhaust leak?

This sounds like something pretty big at this point...
