I know there wernt enough made for them to be as popular as civics with ricers, and thank god there are not altezzas for them. But I probably see a different s13 every other day, an s14 every other week, a s14a every 4-6 weeks and an FD every 2-3 months or so. But I live in a college town so of course there are going to be way more of the cheaper s13's If you really can afford a 3rd gen rx-7 maybe you should consider a mkIV supra?

3rd gen rex's are a little cheaper than 4th gen supras, but if you can afford one, supras are beautiful cars!

ive lost my interest for supras now, i dunno why, i still respect them as being one of the fastest, but just seems to have lost its spice after the fast and the furious

damn rx7s are hella sweet rides and so are supras and mr2s. well if youre on a budget then it makes it so much easier. 10K get an mr2 , 15K get an rx7 and 20K get a supra however youre most likely going to get a nonturbo supra for that price. and well around the 15K area you could get that s13 with the rb and have the satisfaction of knowing your cars faster than any of those other cars.

i was planning on goin with a cheaper route. lookin for a NA mr2 and doing an engine swap, the motor i have picked out already has a host of mods done to it from the company id buy it from, for about $3k and said that it will put out 350-400 stock boost. i still get hook ups on rx-7 stuff, so i would find one with high mileage or not running, and get a jspec motor for only about $600-800

not only will the end result be cheaper or equal in price, but will give me experience, and the satisfaction of swapping my own motor. plus it will have a lot mor hp ;)

id like to get your car man but alas i am not quite looking to spend that much. i found a 2000 in town on a lot that sells rebuilt cars im gonna try and get it for like 3000 it had really light front end damage. sorry if i got your hopes up and thanks for the info on the cars. 6000 w/ a new trany sounds pretty sweet though you shouldnt have trouble selling it. and it doesnt have the crappy quad headlights like the later models.
