hey, i have the ps2 version, does anyone no if the USB keyboard works for the game online? i have one and tried but it didnt work....

You can push every car to the very end of the stats, like we have been saying, the specs arent accurate on either cars, so a civic could contend w/ a skyline basically.

The stat bars dont represent the cars very well I think. We tried to keep the supra till we got teh skyline. But we hit a point where it just wouldnt hack it, and we tried switching to the S2000. The S2000 only had one more bar of accelleration than the supra, but the change was immense. It handled better and seemed to have more top speed too. We didnt have any difficulties beating the next races after we switched.

yeah, right now i got a turboed miata that kicks some ***! i cannot be beaten in the drags...and dont get me started about drift...i win those comps by a good 20k usually lol:pface i love this game!

Damn, I usually win the drift comps by about 130,000, on hard. I make about 30,000 points per drift, so, I would own all, but too bad i got it on xbox and i cant play it online. I drift in the 350z, but everything else, i use the skyline. Miatas are gay in this game.

Yeah, that pisses me off, so I buy the borderline stuff just so that I can hopefully get to stuff I can stand. I like the kit for the most part I have, but its just a little too much, and the vents on the "special" cf hood I'm running are a bit too much. OZ Superleggares are cool though. And heck, who DOESN'T want to drive a turbo SE-R SpecV? BTW, what's you guys' best drift score? Mine was 127,193 or so, so far, that was in the Impreza though, in the Spec I managed a 126,*** something once...

That was a 4 lap total (during the Import Tuner Drift Tournament in Underground mode). Best single drift was about 26,000pts, same Impreza 2.5RS, though I had a similar amount (like 25,500) in the SpecV once...

Wow, winning by 130,000... 30,000pts per drift... cough... I feel defeated... Oh well, I set a new personal record, 30,000pt drift and 176,237 total for 4 laps, in my SE-R SpecV. Biggest win margin was 35,000ish. I've found that the 240SX slides almost too much for me, and the Spec is a bit easier to control, so I've stuck with it. This game shouldn't be this fun...edit: I assume that when you get your 30,000pt ones they are chain drifts, not single-turn? It'd be almost impossible to get a single drift in for that much...

Yes, they are deffinately chain drifts. I got a 48,000 pt one the other day, and 210,000 in 4 laps.

Have any of you guys actually beat the underground mode? Because that was really easy and I beat that in 3 days. My best now is 59k chain drift of course. Most I have gotten around one corner was like 19k, but it was a circular turn and it was long.

I've gotten 24k in one unchained drift, in a normal (90 degree) turn. Use the danger zones!!!

BAH! i wish i wouldve found this thread sooner! I just beat the game two nights ago (112/111 races baby!) and i havve Mantis widebody kits for all my cars. My longest SINGLE drift was 155,733 and lasted 58.5 secs. My best total score was 1,007,728 in 10 laps at track 6 in my rx7 i setup for it. wats your best time in the drag? mines 21.43. BTW, if u want to unlock all the vinyls, go to quickrace mode and just drift and drift and drift again and again and again, the more style points u get, the more body parts/paints/neons/decals/vinyl u will unlock.
