I am currently trying to put an RB20det into my 95 240sx. i am having a lot of problems with lack of space for the radiator and cooling fans. i am stuck. i am just asking if you guys can help me out by telling me some of the things you may know about this issue that may help me get my car running.

Mount an aluminum radiator in the stock location, and use 2 pusher fans. Get a cooling panel to force more air through the radiator at speed, run a high pressure radiator cap, and a race thermostat. Either get a vented hood, cut a hole in your stock hood, or use spacers to lift the rear of the hood off the hinges. The venting will not help at speed, but it will improve cooling at idle and in traffic when the fans are working the hardest. You can also install a good oil cooler to help keep the oil temp under control, this will make the coolants job of cooling the engine easier. Hope this is helpful.
