So what place is it now... by the time saturday comes... we'll still be askin where to meet... lol :oface I'm just anxious on meeting some people cuz in Sanford/Lake Mary.. Nobody has any 240's except me so i'm all lonely.... but unique... How bout we just meet at one place and then all drive another parking lot that has nobody in it and hang there for a while... I'm sure if we are all not doing anything wrong.. nobody will bother with us... Just a thought...

So i think this is gonnna give a bunch of people a good laugh... I was practicing drifting my car at the Orlando Exec airport in Sanford... Which was fun by the way... and so i finished and came off the road onto 427 where there is alot of construction going on... so i decided on the lane shift ahead to drift my car into it.. well i did... lol and ended up having my back tires hit the only water spot in the road and i lost control of the car at 70 and went completely sideways into one of those round barrel construction cone thingys.. well it wasn't fun had to replace my side mirror and buff out some major scratches on the car.. and i have to get one of my dents out of the bottom of my door.. but all is good with it though... i thought for sure my car door was total... i was lucky.. and i'm happy i had my harness on.. saved me from moving around alot.. but i just thought i would share my lil drama on Easter sunday... Any laughs and stupid remarks are welcome... (nobody was on the road though... i made sure... ) :icesangel

Hey, i just had an idea... (I drive a Integra right now, I'm working on getting a 240 and going all out sileighty on it but i dont have all the money yet and i gota sell my car.)

If in fact we get this permision, how are the cops gona tell the people we want there and the "ricers" cause to plenty of Muscle car peps. anything from a skyline and supra to a civic is a ricer. I was thinking that we could get someone in the area to get a window sticker or parking pass type thing made and Paul or sumone thats been doin this a while will make them and give them to people we want around. I duno, its an idea. I also think if we park in a close group we can keep a close area of NICO ppl so all the people we dont want will be on the outside.

Its all wack now, the last meet was like hitting a bees nest ,some went swarming(buzzzzz) each and every different way they could. Seems all stupid now, I guess only certain people that have particular 240s can chill together. Its not even a big deal to go to really go any more. There is better things to do on a Sat. night. Why don't we just meet earlier.. instead of 10 or 11, make it 8 or 9... before any of the "ricers" get out there... cuz i mean that solves 2 problems right there... The cops bothering us and we have the rest of the night to do whatever instead of going someplace and then meeting at 10:30 or 11... What the hell.. Why don't we just meet at a Fast food place or something... park... eat... leave.. then drive to a place where we can park and chill... i mean i don't know what everyone elses schedule is but i think we can figure out someway to make it convenient to everyone????

I don't want to sound like i'm wanting to control things here... but i think we should atleast check this forum once a day to see if anything changes before we are suppose to meet just in case we have any last minute changes in meeting spots... Or we find out something that happened that prevents us from meeting... Or we can just all have each others #'s so we can be up to date with the status of everyone... Just another thought... ???

I think meeting early could be a good idea, 8:30-9:00. All the midnight Ricers come later anyway. Too many idiots out there from the Mira Mira clubs like Street Image and the Fast-n-Furious/ Sonic rejects. I think some of the rice got the message that it is a Nissan Meet, but some still swarming around the wrong place. Anyone wanna make signs? Nissan Meet Only, NO RICE ALLOWED.

ok so i really didn't see anybody out there tonight.. and of course the cops kicked us out again around 10:45 so that sucked... i think we just need a new spot to meet and maybe if we could actually meet all at once.. one day... we can get a graphic across our windshield on the top maybe with a club saying?? ya know.. like.. umm Drifters?? lol maybe i have too much time on my hands but its just a thought...

Last night there wasn't even that many cars and nobody was acting stupid, except for the occasional idiot who wants to show off their sound system,ones who rev on the way in, yeah we know what a BOV sounds like and the guys who rev loud just to reverse.....Anyway It has to do with Bennigans, you notice that one cop rolled in and later 2 more came right to the front of the Bennigans restaurant and they were talking to someone and about 5 min. later they came and told us to go home. Won't be long before the cops kick us out of another spot,maybe issue tickets....hopefully not.

Look we need a new spot... hands down...No questions asked... Cuz everyone knows if we keep going, the cops will just sit there and wave to us and tell us to F off:mad: So we need to start looking soon... I think we need to meet at Bennigins one more time and discuss it... maybe meet and drive around and see what looks good to us... and out of the way of others becuz if we keep on meeting we are for sure to get tickets or warnings of something thats not worth getting in trouble over... anybody else have any suggestions... they are welcomed..... :help

Why Bennigans? That spot is really taken over by mischievious drivers that have no respect for people who just want to meet up ancd hang out without being a "showoff"

So how about Houlihans instead? My friend who lives around there, knows a girl who works there.. So we could have some food there and see if we can ask the manager if we can meet up there and hang out?

Cops also seem to think the later we meet, the more trouble we might end up getting into..

We need to find a shop parking lot where there is still many people occupying it, but a back lot area where we could just have it Nissan/Infiniti only.

the reason for bennegans is that that's where the nissan guys(and girls:D) have been meeting for the last couple of years...those ricers just showed up afew weeks ago...and some people who aren't on this board...might not know where to meet up if we just moved without notice...so i think we need to meet up there one last time and decide where to go from there...but if you think you can work out a deal with another restraunt to go there that'd be cool!

p.s. apparently we used to have a paper from the bennegans staff allowing us to use their parking lot for nissan meets, but it's since been misplaced...
