Need 2006 Infiniti M45 Air Mass Meter Boot Replacement

I know these parts are very expensive but does anyone know of a good replacement that will not break me? I've seen different names like Rear Duct as well.

I would just get a Z-Tube on eBay to replace this personally.

I still hold out hope that one day we'll get an aftermarket solution.

For now, you can either find a used part or just go with an aftermarket "CAI" kit for the entire section upstream of the throttle body.
