At this point I would be a little concerned about the crystals on your filler neck. Are you sure thats not surgar and some dont have it out for you??

I am positive it is not sugar, it is clear as day that it is not sugar. Plus al la mythbusters I now know that sugar will not dissolve in gasoline, and so cannot damage the engine. Besides, I looked into the tank when I had the pump down, and nothing was in there, plus the engine is not siezed and has never been warmed up. I can't identify the crystals though, and they are intriguing. I don't know, I will try that crap tommorrow and let you know how it turned out.

I never hear surgar would disolve in gas it will how ever plug up the fuel system as it clots in the lines. Still even if it not surgar , what ever it is could be what is restricting flow in your lines. still try blowing out the lines like you mentioned.

Nope, either a huge wiring issue or bad ground, or a retard wiring it. Long story short, hardwiring it with an ISO relay did it. It was nice and brown, but it did backfire twice. Basically, I need to recharge the battery, drain the tank and then update. But the sound was incredible when my friend turned the key and I could hear it travel down the line. I will drain the tank and put some fresh fuel in, then I will charge the battery, then we will see. But thank you very much for your help.
