what's wrong with it? Ehh I don't know if I could really help you, I have a car I've worked on, on and off for the last year or so and I've become frustrated with it because among other things it runs rich, and I can't figure out why. I've been thinking about pulling the motor and selling it. But I haven't decided yet.

fuuuck me. that sucks man. But thats the thing about 240s there's aways something wrong with them. Get you an SR or LS1, and you should be able to drive it forever.

Ive never had any problems with the popo here. my car is low( not stupid slammed) but pretty low, i got a fmic and an 3'' exhaust, tinted, etc. ive been pulled over like 4 times and never had any problems about the car. they are pretty chill from my experiences when it comes to things like that

I ran Open downpipe for 2 weeks in my N/A SR s14.had NO problem with cops.

and open downpipe(although nice in top end) i was stupid loud.i wore earplugs when driving.

although you do get the ones that profile just because of the way your car looks..but cops like that are everywhere.

thanks for letting me know. i was really worried about the cops and ****...because in fla you can get away with anything and everything thats not drifting or drag racing....you can get away with speeding 15 over because the cops are mostlikly doing 25 over...lol

Gregg, I just remembered a friend of mine is going to be selling a KA. He has 2, and I know he wants to sell one, but I don't know which one, but one is an S14 motor that smokes a little since he put a more aggressive cam in it, but runs strong, and the other is an S13 one that purrs like a kitten... lmk if you want me to and I'll talk to him about it.

I'm in agreement with you E7-S14, there are cops like that everywhere. I also ran an open header for a bit, but I didn't run around screamin it. I only have a Flowmaster 20 on mine now just cause it got tired of the noise in my ears. Not to mention not getting any lovin wit it like that LOL. I really just wanted to let him know that although the po po are somewhat cool about modded cars, they will bust your *ss if you flaunt it. I've learned not to go out of my way to challenge them. Low key works most of the time. There's a more proper time and place to play..ya know? I always sweat getting busted by a badge w/hardon for tuners. Most of the ones around here are pretty cool and if you're not a PITA to them they'll not bust your balls. You'll prolly get your speeding ticket or whatever, but I've learned less it more....just say thank you officer and have a great day (although most here say "have a blessed day".

Jordan, what do you think about 17x10's +18 offset on the S14? I think thats a close fit. A bit more then i wanted. Let me know what you think

pat, are you gonna lower your car more? get coils? i wouldnt get wheels quite that size unless youre gonna be at a nice ride height. anyways, 10 +18 should be good for an s14. i dont really know much about s14 fitment but i know they can fit a bigger wheel. ive always got a fender roller if you wanna go real nasty size.

Yea me too. I've just loved the Enkei's forever. Great wheels. I'll probably keep the Rota's too unless i get a good offer. The only thing im worried about is the camber and the crease in the quarter panel from the accident.

Really?? I didn't notice... lol.. I've got some low profile mud tires so I can hang out with you guys in the upstate. Woo Hoo.. gonna be ready for huntin season bo.. 4x4 is in.. you low riders don't know where it's at.. I wanted to feel like I'm floating. Actually have plans for suspension, but it all comes a bit at a time. I coulda gone cheap and got something like Megan racing of some crap like that, but I'd rather save and do it right. But yeah it's high. Upside nothing rubs. Was afraid I was gonna need to pull out the sawsall.

P45's FTW!!! Great choice, however not very suitable for NY roads lolIm hoping 17's with a bigger tire will help.

Jordan, You think i can really stuff a 10" wheel with +18 offset on all 4 wheel wells without using any RUCA'S or anything?

only thing about p45's is that I would run R's all the way around... cause I'm over the staggered look and it just looks badass-er.

Ditto on the staggered.. 9.5 all around .. and yes R's.. really wanted +12 or +15, but was looking at 2 month backorder. Honestly if you ever had to deal with Kim at ROTA, le's just say +20 was fine (ended up getting them from someone else after dealing with him for 4 weeks on something he said he had "in stock".. yea right)

I should have never gotten rid of thos S12's.

I would have loved to have the R's all the way around. I got a deal for this set though and at the time they didnt have enough R's in Bronze to go all the way around

John, you should have ordered from Dan and Zoeb at SubyDude. Great bunch of guys there

That's who we ended up getting them from. They've had the same problem with ROTA that we did. I had hoped to make it to the show, but I still have some little things that need sorting out. I really didn't feel like having issues half way there. The rim delay set me back a good bit, eh hopefully there is a next year...if there is one. EZ Cheese said it may be last year in ATL for NICO. I think VIR is in my future.
