ive seen KA24DE junkyard kits put together for 1700 and been as reliable as anything out there..

the Z31 turbo's would be awesome, i believe they are a variant of the T3.

you should just buy an ebay manifold and find the rest at a junkyard if you can find a turbo that will fit. then just drive it till it explodes.

oh im not in a bitchy mood. i just thought that what i said would be the best option to solving your problem. if you had the money for that that is. if you dont have money i would just see if i could sell the s14 for a decent price and if not part it out and then buy an s13 and start saving.

whose being bitchy? im just saying what im saying because you dont have the world to spend on something and RB24's arent cheap. you cant find good s13's anymore and the ones you do find they want an arm and a leg on and the prices for RB front clips are about to go up anyway.

I'm just trying to help. All I know is that over the years I've spent so much money switching cars when if I had fixed the problems on one that I really liked I could have saved a boatload of money and had a kickass ride. Sure I would have spent more than the book value of the vehicle I'm thinking of but I lost my butt on the next few and am still paying for one of them.

well, one day it just started making a weird knocking sound whenever i like got up around 2k rpms or so. doesnt sound bad whenever it idles but when you rev it it sounds terrible. im not positive but it sounds like a rod is knocking or something. i need to post on the online mechanic and post some videos of it. if taking off the pan wasnt such a ****ing ***** i would check it out.

Let's see:

1. SSA KA manis are good, especially for the money.

2. KAs were already cheap about 2+ years ago and won't be cheap again, they have been climbing for the last 2 years, getting fewer and fewer.

it didnt really make the noise when i started it up. it sounded fine until i changed gears at like 2k rpms. but now you can hear it knock a little when it idles. and it sounds REALLY bad now when i hit about 2k. so what happened with your motor?

wes i would so buy your hatch. i know theres a few problems like the hood, tires, the hatch has the holes from the spoiler and the subframe bushings. all i want is the car to be driveable and smooth. you said awhile ago it needs new tie rods. what happened to that? cuz last time you drove me in it, it was totaly out of control and all over the road.

guy emailed me sellinghood, fenders, front bumper -$500

OEM radiator support on ebay-$45 shippedOEM steering wheel with airbag-$45 shippedOEM lights i estimate about -$300then need radiator and pass airbag.

im really thinking of parting. dont have the time or the money to mess with this stuff. it all depends on what my gf's family friend says about it. if he says get rid of it. im parting it out.

I got my hood for $50 and paid a junkyard $30 for a fender. I say bend yours back out and drive it like that till you find deals like that. lights, I can't help you. They are outrageous. How good are the ones you have? I know a guy who used the back half of his, ordered some perfectly clear lenses from Japan, and got some kind of HID lights and converted his headlights to HID and they look badass. Expensive, yes, but if yours are at least partially salvageable then maybe this would be money better spent. How much do S15 steering wheels sell for? they look badass but I bet they're expensive. I have a passenger side fender you can have for free. It has a small dent but no big deal. I didn't mention it before cause I thought yours was still good.

yea my passenger is still good lol. its not he fenders i'd have a hard time finding or anything. if i do part out im going to keep enough of the chasis and parts to have it as a project later on in a few years or so. i really dont want to say anything because my mind has been changing all week
