What unit are u in? I am in the desert right now. I am planning my build. So many directions to take it. I dont even have a 240 at the current time, but still spending that deployment money in my head.

Your build looks great cant wait till it is all done! Good luck with it.

Damn Cant Figure this EGR CEL light out, gotta get emissions tested and i removed the EGR system but cant seem to find a way to keep the CEL from coming on any Ideas?Maybe get a s13 ecu and a conversion harness and see if that works with the resistor trick?

It looks to me like your hose coming off your valve cover is going to your IC piping after the turbo???? Bad idea move it to before the turbo

nah, wasn't me, not yet. only had my car for 2 months and have not put it on the road. i bought it from a guy on here in alexandria VA and it had some issues with leaks and over heating. got them fixed now so i'm wondering if i would get away with installing the kit while i got it in some pieces. bought the greddy kit from another member on nico, but i was worried about inspection and emissions.

oh, yeah i got a white 95 five speed. had alot of leaks and some paint muffs, but my favorite was the mint black leather. nice to meat you bro, cool to have another local niconaut.

hey, you have a clean *** ride, but i was wondering about the Arias 8.8:1 pistons, is that for better/higher compression? soo instead of having 180 psi you have like 195psi?

i dont really understand anything about piston ratings. :Si would be greatfull if you explain.

dohc have 8.5:1, why go up to 8.8:1?

Actually The KA24DE 's that where manufactured From 94 -97 Only ever had one of three Compression ratios: 9.8:1 or 9.5:1 or 9.3:1 Obviously meant for high torque Naturally aspirated Numbers. the Arias 8:8:1 Are a more turbo happy ratio.

The SOHC ka24e had an 8:6:1 Compression Ration maybe thats what your thinking of.

Im pretty sure those are the numbers but i could be way off.

Okay it seems that the Greddy kit (emanage Blue and 370cc injectors) on an AMS crate engine are only good (albeit a little dangerous) for 9 psi hitting 247.6 hp and 286.3 lb-ft Tourqe. So It's now time to install the big injectors (going 870cc) and throw in the AEM EMS.

So lets see how far out this Turbo and manifold will go (im thinking no more than 450hp because the Turbo can only push enough air for 450hp)

My Goal is between 300 and 350 with the new injectors, ill see how this pans out!

i need to clean up this wiring. Going through the cars wiring under the dash and i found a crap load of Unused wires! Seems like someone had a Sytem installed in this before i got and never got rid of the excess wiring, i think im gonna pull out the dash and interior and look at getting some OEM main and sub harnesses to redo the electrical system.

Any one know where i can purchase these?
