Heres Positrons thread, he knows his stuff really freaking wellhttp://forums.nicoclub.com/zer...age=7

After I read this thread I went through and improvised a little with the other washers, I think I put 2 or 3 on the coolant return to block [towards front of engine] then there was 1 on the coolant return to turbo, 1 or 2 on the oil delivery to block as well...

Scroll back a couple pages in my build and Im sure youll find it.

Why is your coolant delivery going to the water neck? Mine goes to the back of the motor.

K today I installed the inner and outter tie rods on the new rack and pinon. Also trimmed out the inside of my valve cover to fit the RAS. The valve cover is a really dark pearly purple but it looks black.lol Well onto the pictures.

Also with the tie rods just in case anyone is wondering they are thicker then the stockers and seems alot more stiffer in the joints. Hopefully will be tighter steering. And I installed the spacer to get more steering angle.

Nice looking build. What are your horsepower goals?

Im not really looking for high hp. I would be perfectly happy with 280 with a quick response. Im building this for a daily and some track events.

Well after a lot of annoying problems, I finally got my motor in, well in just not bolted down. I must say it did take for ever but owell. My JWT ecu I had to order should be in, in two weeks. So itll be ready to run by then. Well on to the pictures.

New rack and pinion with poly urethane bushings.

Well after taking another look at the motor seems a little slanted to the driver side. Is this normal or should it be flat?

it is normal, most if not all nissan motors sit like that for oiling purposes.
