how much boost are you trying to run? i've had this problem before and it was the plugs. i haven't boosted the new setup hard yet but if you're running big boost and copper plugs you need to change them very often.

probably your plugs are getting weak spark (gap, age of plugs/fouled, or coils)

instead of NGK's try some iridiums. otherwise take your NGK's and gap them real small. Like .022, your idle will suffer but might help you up top with your spark problem

then try some iridiums. you might have gone past the capabilities of the NGK plugs. or your coil packs arent up to the task

You need a better tuner Try freshalloy gt-r/gts-t forums. I think Rb motoring Sean or XS power Eric could lead in you the best direction.

Might want to upgrade your ignition system. for a 600hp car your probably out of the abilities of the stock ignition

RB coils are known to crack, you may not see them when cold but they will open up enough so that the current will bleed to the mouting rather than go to the spark plug. Sometimes you can see burn marks on the coils from the arching. The electrical tap acts like a band aid. With your set up I'd just get splitfires right off the bat or new coils, which ever is cheaper.

yes timing can do this. What seems weird to me is you have the knowledge to build a 600+hp rb26 but you cant trouble shoot a small problem like this? whats your A/F ratio when this happens? do you backfire? do you throw flames out of your exhaust? how do your plugs look after this happens. smell of unburnt fuel?
