WTF is in the UK besides cold and rain? Also, don't ask for biscuits and gravy. They'll look at you funny.

My wife's family is in the UK that's where she is from and being that she is a citizen there she will get better healthcare there which she needs since she has Kidney disease they will take better care of her there then they ever would here. But if we go I'm bringing my motor and I will still be on the site and I will still be rocking an s12 lol

Well, at least there is a positive out of this with health care and all. I hope you get to finish your project though. Also, look on the brightside, it will be cheaper for you to build a CA18 over there with all the parts floating about!

He's right, it doesn't fit. That thing is going to make a TERRIBLE racket once you start the engine up. And when you decel, and the engine moves to that side, it will rattle the entire car... at least I'm pretty damn sure it will, LOL!!!

Outside of the wastegate, I LOVE the look of a CA in an S12. Every time I see one, it makes me want one! Keep up the good work.

Thanks and I didn't think about when I start it up hopefully my mounts are good enough to keep it from happening probably not because they are the original mounts. should went with hockey pucks .

I'm thinkin u got that as a 'package'
externals seems more trouble than their worth = complexity, weight, space, etc
ol school Z31s, GNs, 2.3 fords and even DSMs... most/all daily driven hi 10sec street cars ran int wg and manual boost controllers - lol. Go figure
DET looks at home in the s12

Actually I didn't get it as a package I bought a 50 trim a while back which was externally gated so i ordered the wastegate didn't realize until I got it that it was f*** huge lol. anyway I think it'll be ok I went and manually shook the ever loving s*** out of my motor and it barely touches the strut tower. So I think it'll be ok something would have to be seriously wrong with my motor for it to shake that much I think it may touch on hard decel but we'll see...

Yeah the det does look at home in the s12 in Japan it came with the det it's called the RSX package there are slight differences like the it have a side facing intake manifold instead of the front facing. I think the s12 should of come with the det here in the states that would of been awesome! or hell the fj20de would of been a nice addition as well here.

The DET that came in the S12 is TOTALLY different than the DET we're all used to. It was the 1st Gen. 8 port head with the weird intake manifold and head.

You think that gate is big? You should see this one I have here, came off an Audi 5000... HUGE.
I thought my TIAL knockoff (EMUSA) was big too, but the matching manifold puts it straight down, so it basically puts it where the bottom mount turbo would be (it's a top mount manifold).

lol Yeah hopefully I can figure out the problem. I need to hook everything up like it should be I just was just eager to hear it fire up there's probably something I'm missing it'll be better once I get everything where it needs to be. Then I'll be able to figure out why it wont stay running. I figured it would run in limp mode but I was wrong so I'll mess with some stuff tomorrow after work.

oh def will but ran into a new problem there's a short in the harness somewhere because I plugged in the battery and it started smoking so I unplugged it figured out it was the o2 sensor wiring this was also causing my fuel issue my pump wasnt kicking on like it was supposed to. Its going to the shop asap to get the wiring fixed because I would only make it worse.
