Hey John, sorry I have been out of touch lately. I have been bouncing all over the southwest (Yuma Proving Grounds & White Sands Missle Range New Mexico) testing these new H-1 helicopters. I haven't had a lot of free time not to mention my cellular service isn't that great in these areas.

The good news is that most of the hotels I stay in and what not have free internet service. I should be back to Pendleton for good by the end of May.

Bump for some good S14 parts for sale.

Thanks bro. Good to hear that everything is going well. I figured you were out in the sand somewhere. Im cleaning some of those parts up and getting ready to post them up. I still have the suspension, exhaust, floor mats, strut bar, and misc stuff such as electronics on hand. I was thinking about keeping the electronic stuff to tranZfer into an old Z car. None of the stuff would fit on my wifes Ford Focus, especially the muffler! Let me know if you need anything back at the fort!!

you're a damn good friend lol

ddgsxr504, yeah I see your point. Although I think the ka-t could be as reliable if not more reliable with a rebuild, brand new parts(turbo, etc.) and a great/reliable tune-but it is definitely going to be more money than a basic sr swap. I'd probably go the same route if I were in your shoes believe it or not.. but it sounds like a plan, the sr will definitely put a smile on your face especially with mild mods to crank out 250 rwhp. Nothing like OEM Nissan engineering under the hood

see i want to do an rb25, but the more i think about it the more i wanna get an sr. i'm really into autox now after jsut going a few times and i think the car would of course be hella more balanced with the sr. I think my plan of attack is that ill go rb and if i can't get the suspension sorted out well enough to be competitive ill just try to find drift events and learn how to do that haha.

rb30dett, what kind of parts do you have?

and yep i heard turning is a bit funky with the rb25 since the weight distribution is all messed with. Think about an rb swap, you got 2 more cylinders and the whole front of the engine hanging out past the crossmember in FRONT of the wheels.

eh its not that bad. the ka is already a pretty big engine. most the weight is in the beefy rb transmission. so it actually pulls the center point (i forget the physics word for where u can balance an object all on one point) on the car more towards the center... actually lol. I dont know i've read varying opinions i'll just have to wait and see what i can do with it.
