I agree. I think their opinions will change when they meet the right girl/guy.

I also dont want her "getting bored" in the middle of a project and bailing on me. I know she's "interested" and "thinks itll be fun," but I dont think she realises that sometimes things take HOURS in my unheated and dirty garage... I donno if she knows what shes gettin into sometimes.

But then again I could always start with somethin small...


If you let her just assist you (like handing you the tools that you need when you're working on your car) she will at least feel she's a part of it all. Plus it's the best way to have her start learning without the possibility of doing any real damage hehe.
