Since it's really not that big of a deal on a Z32, I'd tighten it...and honestly, this kind of thing is something you best get used to- checking the engine bay constantly, and being ready/able to address small issues on a relatively routine basis if you are seriously considering an RB-swapped vehicle.
As NoLimit mentioned in detail, the age of the car and parts and fact that engine and drivetrain parts from different vehicles swapped into another car with all of the above aged well over 20 years means that squeaks, leaks (oil, boost) and other minor adjustments and fixes will be your life, or that of your mechanic and should be considered a no-brain, "time to get to work" call from your prized Franken-Baby...
If you want a car that you start every morning and drive away and that acts basically the same each and every time, you need to forget ALL about a swapped vehicle.
