Yeah, having graduated in economics, it's pretty tough to be liked in some areas because there are what people think and the truth/reality. I'm usually the one to break it to 'em. And my job doesn't deal with economics, but it deals with data and statistics, and you either hate it or love it, the data. But it's nice to have the people who will embrace it and use it their advantage.

And I drive a foreign car, in Michigan, 40 minutes from Detroit. But I have to say, in the 3 years I've had the G, I've only had one comment about it being foreign. A lot of cars where I live are foreign anyway. Many of the rich places in Michigan are mostly foreign cars.

After a quick stutter or two I thanked her for her compliment and told her I wanted to buy her a coffee as a thanks... We chatted a bit and I asked her out to lunch... She said she yes... I got the digits and will be calling her to set up a lunch date tomorrow... Thinking about waiting till Thursday...

I am new to the iPhone and after I entered her number I hit the back button intead of the done button.... She had already got in her car and I seriously thought I had deleted her number... Luckily the phone saved the number... That would have sucked...

It took my hubby forever to get the nerve to speak to me. It was really cute watching how shy he was.

Ok... Quick update....

I called her last Wednesday and got the VM... Nothing all day Thursday and Friday so I was starting to sweat.... Friday night she text to explain she had been busy... Whew...

She called me Sat afternoon and we chatted a bit but I haven't got a date for lunch yet... She works full time and school full time on the weekends and she volunteers for charity so she was busy this weekend...

So it's moving slow but... Time, I got.
