Its a Bad day... workin on my 89 240sx trying to fix an injector problem a wire from the injector ignited fuel on the manifold. you can probably guess the ****er burned to the ground almost. the entire front end of the car is gone, done, bye bye. the front part of my house got hot enough to start melting the citing. im pretty damn pissen atm so if anyone has a clean 240 for sale talk to me on AIM sk8rboy1281, gotta be an s13 no frame rust!!! in the indianapolis region. ty

holy ****. my condolences man. i have seen firsthand what a fire can do to a car. just try to move ahead, remember it could have been worse. your house could have been destroyed, or you could have been stuck in the car. good luck getting another one in the near future.

sorry to hear the car is gone, at least you are safe, that is why I always disconnect the battery.

haha disconnecting battery wont let me try to start it xD. just an unlucky event but ill get another one....one day

Really sorry for your loss but seriously, it could have been MUCH worse. The fact it was close enough to your house to cause damage - you could be without a home.

How bad is it? are you able to land a front clip and totally replace your front end?

car was a project and not driven so no insurance, and its totaled pretty much some of the dash is melted and the roof & frame rails are melted\warped so its off to the scrapyard for at least some cash
