They no longer exist, I guess my car is like the green 300zx hardtop concept! 1 of 1 ? I believe I will keep this car forever for as it will be 1 of a kind and I will keep it original ! I will check for zmc logo and take pictures if available

THANKS EVERYONE FOR THIER HELP

Sooo...

Were you able to find any receipts or a logo somewhere to see if it is a "ZMC" conversion?

They were reasonably rare (something like 4000 built) but not a factory option. They were done by ASC (same company that did the M30 'vert if I'm not mistaken). Unfortunately, they were all V6 (and even back then the Dakota was midsize, so you really wanted the V8, especially considering how anemic the 3.9 "Magnum" V6 was).

Whoa, that's Clay's truck! I forgot all about that thing!

custom jobs like these was what pushed Nissan to make the vert a factory option. Is there additional bracing to compensate for rigidity? the factory verts roll hoop does help a bit iirc.

Ive never looked at a stock vert or coupe yet but i will soon, but on the underbody of the car there is steal braces holding 1 side to another. hadda take it off when installing my exhaust system.. inside behind the driver and passenger theres braces to but im not sure again if its oem. otherwise that ive notice the car is heavy and found out that yes there was steel involved in making this and so as for the car bending or stretching, Yes i can feel the car bend just alittle when entering a steep driveway or gas station .. otherwise that the car handles and on hwys its really steady....
