new et time .. maybe because msd ignition + launch control and better track.

so in the last run car spins a lot and loss traction so i dont need to run again! and then a strange sound came from distributor but engine its okay.

in the last 3 runs i set launch control to 3000rpms.

i need to switch to another cam to raise engine revs a little more.

wow maik21 very nice build for sooo cheap. how much did u spend altogether? im starting my 5.0 swap soon within 2-3weeks(motor im using is gonna be from an F-body stang) once i have my second car in for dd-ing, then ill be hacking away for sure. any other tips u can give me? i started a new thread so that once my build strats to come alive ill be updating it everyday. thanks

efi megasquirt halted right now, i dont have enought money right now to buy fuel components so i will survive without efi some more months.

right now , mustang cam swap its done. its more loud and i can rev past 6000 without problems.

for stock s13 cluster, gas, temp and TACHOMETER its working very well with help of this myself made thing

it convert any signal from a v8 pulse to an L4 pulse compatible with our clusters.

no drag times right now because track it idles.

ruca its intalled too for better 60 ft.

i need to go back to 25.1" on the back tires because i im running right now 25.7"

bad weather !!!

water was 3/4 of wheel after 15 minutes when picture was taken. then us try move my car pushing it to a safe place. interior was full of water so i need to remove seats and carpet and clean it.

engine and electronics are fine.

- aem wideband installed. (one more thing to complete efi setup.)

- new carb 750 holley with more gas injection.

- rear camber and toe fine. (better traction)

im waiting($$) for testing on drag soon.

car feels more powerful on high revs so maybe better E.T or more final speed.

i went to drag test my car yesterday. goood news:

- best et was 13.08 with same tire setup.- car spin a lot if i push it hard on 1st and 2nd gear even if i went from roll.

tickets will be tomorrow because damaged picture camera.

Updates? Ive thought about doing the 302 in my S13 now. Seems to fit really good and parts are cheap for it. Im more looking at a EFI 5.0 and do a turbo build.

next december 20 will be open drag track so maybe i will go. i hope 12.9 in 1/4 mile with slicks without any damage in drivetrain.

Having a bit of a problem with my swap. Trying to find the engine to mount plate for the explorer mount but I'm having no luck. Anyone know where to find them.
