if i were you i would buy it back. I bet you can buy it back for under $300. and the way it look it might have max about $300 of parts that it need. and pull the fame back out. under 1000 you got your car back. thank about it. you get your baby back and your baby won't get pull apart by someone. Also FB 5 speed is not that easy to find anymore. think about how many FB is parting out in Parts form in this site.

It'll have a salvage title though. But it is worth it. They'd let me keep my truck for $800. I didnt because the transmission was messed up anyway. They'll probably let you have it for around $500. Then you can just sell it, part it out, or keep it. It would be Cake to make up the money in parts.

Hey got my car back for a little over $200 and they gave me $2600 for the car. Woo Hoo, now its time to fix it. I hope my grand am does good for the daily driver.

I know some people who own a body shop, I get really good deals, I can get a whole new front end for about $800 and then I can get the rest of the work done for another $800 or $900. Im doing the work myself but I get to use their shop. Also im doing it cause I want to learn more about working on my car.

You couldnt get more than 2600? That kinda sux. you're gonna have a salvage title now. How did they get away with not giving you fair market value? I'm telling you dude, the car is worth more than 2600. You need to argue with you or the'll screw you.

If you part out the wrecked one, you could get at least 1000 in parts, probably more, so that'll give you 3600.. Man you need to just call your insurane company back up and say you're trying to replace the car and you can't find one in the same condition as your for even close to 2600! Don't let them give you that low of money man!!! CALL THEM BACK!! PLEASE!!! Shoot for 4,000, print out autotrader stuff. Don't let the MAN screw you!

I tried and the stupid lady was fighting with me. She was saying that the mileage was too high. but they didnt even go by mileage pricing the cars. Stupid lady. Need everyones help. yeah I am trying to get more. I hate insurance companies. The only good one was when I had an accident and it was my fault and I had to go through mine. My ins. took care of me when I needed it why cant others. I guess when you buy the best you get the best. I dunno

Okay.. Do they have to be in your area? What area are you in? When I got into my accident I went though my insurance company and they went to the dude's for the money. So they were reimbursed by the at-fault party's. I'll find some though....

You also might want to call up your insurance company and tell them that the other at-fault insurance co. is giving you a crap deal. Tell them your car is worth 5k and they're only giving you 2600. See if they can give you the difference (if you had full coverage) and get the extra from their insurance company.

Say a high price because they never give you what you want. So if you say it's worth 5k hopefully they'll settle for 4k. I think 4k is what you should get at a Min. But anything more than what you have is good.

Alright.. well.. I think you can still get more. But it's up to you if you want to try. They always try to screw people out of their money. To get what your car is wroth you've gotta fight. 2700 for your car is a scam IMO. But that's okay. I still think you should contact your insurance company if you had full coverage.

hey yeah I finally got another 240. Spent way to much for it due to the fact the clutch is slipping really bad, and the timing chain is going bad. but its ok Im glad to have another 240.
