A street fighter is usually a stripped sport bike. A bobber is a stripped cruiser type bike.

A proper bobber is a little more than just stripped though.

kinda like a proper cafe racer looks like it was built in a junkyard.

I love naked bikes. I use naked to mean sporty bike without fairings. And I agree with mad's definitions. Cafe racer is just a classic fighter IMO.

I like the naked front end, no headlight fairing with a single or dual 'sealed beam' light. Combine that with a sport bike or fighter tail and I get all giddy.

Best combo from an affordable mfg'er? The SV650 which I'm hoping to own in the next year or so. The Monster is my dream bike though...
