Welcome to the Murano Forum! Glad to have you as a new member of NICOclub!fabguy75 wrote:I am in NJ planning to close on Murano this week. I have been quoted 33800 + TTL for an LE with an MSRP of 38070. Looking at some of the posts it seems that I could get an LE with NAV for this price (msrp 40.5k). Any experiences at a NJ dealer where I can get a good deal.
Cheers from NICOclub! Welcome to the Murano Forum!MDCalibrations wrote:I am in the process of purchasing a fully loaded 2009 Murano LE.It is to include all options and accessories for the Murano including the Nav system and Moon Roof. The MSRP quoted was $41,790.00. After negotiation, the dealer gave me a price of $35,400.00. I am getting a $6,500.00 trade in allowance for a 2003 Altima SE edition. I am also putting $9,500.00 cash down. Payment terms negotiated are 2.9% for 60 months which leaves a monthly payment of $355.00 per month. This is the fifth new Nissan I purchased from this dealer so I did have significant leverage. Last July I purchased a new 2008 Armada LE fully loaded and paid cash for it. So when I walked in the door the sales manager new exactly who I was. I simply said to him this was our first stop looking for a new car for my wife and he had to make me a deal I couldn't walk away from. In all it took about 5 hours of negotiation to reach this agreement. It appears now they are unable to locate what we want and are looking into ordering one from the factory. My wife and I reallylove Nissan vehicles. In the past we have also had a 2005 Pathfinder LE and a 2003 Exterra.
PS: It is now June 1st at 5pm. I just received a call from the dealer that I negotiated this deal with. He informed me that if he doesn't locate a vehicle for me by 9pm tonight the deal is off and I should go somewhere else. I have purchased 4 Nissans from this dealer over the last 8 years. I have never heard of anyone being treated like this.

Thank you so much for your feedback!!!!! Welcome to NICOclub, we are thrilled to have you here in the Murano Forum!!!!!denviola wrote:Adding my 2 cents here:09 LE AWD, every option except Aero (has towing can't get aero), installed DVD (have dual sunroof can't have DVD) and the cross bars for the roof rack. Bought used with only 8K miles. $26,500. Thinking we did OK, it is used but is immaculate and had a few accessories installed such as vent visors, hood bug deflector and some chrome dress up. Deep sapphire with beige leather.

I think you could probably get off another $1000-$2000 off that deal. Try and work them a bit, contact another dealer as well. Good luck, let us know how things turn out!thatnewcarsmell wrote:Looking into purchasing a 2009 Murano SL AWD with 360 (leather, premium, floor mats, splash guards, moonroof) everything but navi.MSRP is $35,905$32,886+ttf was offered via e-mail from dealer with 2.9%APR for 60 or 4.9% for 72 months
What do you guys think? Are there any rebates or other specials that you know of that will be coming soon?
Thanks!
I would really check around with a few dealers. I am not sure where that rate stands. Totally get some more quotes from other area dealers. Good luck!!!RockerNJ wrote:Looking at leasing a 2009 SL AWD here in NJ.
These numbers are ballparked by me, not the dealer. They haven't given me any numbers yet.
Options:J02 (360 degree pkg, must include X01/K01)X01 (Leather)K01 (Premium)
Lease Term - 39 monthsMileage - 15000/yrAgreed upon value - $32,000 (this should include Destination, dealer fees, registration, -$500 factory incentive, etc)Down - $1,000Money Factor - .00270 (best guess)Residual - 53% (I think this is accurate on a 39 month/15K mile lease)NJ Tax Rate 7%
Lease Rate - $535/mo (if I calculated correctly)
According to Nissan Financing, I'm Tier 0(excellent credit), and I'm a returning NMAC customer. Should I be able to get a better money factor or any other type of reduction?
Does this sound reasonable? Are my numbers close? Anyone have a breakout like this to compare to?
