MSD 6AL BTM install help please.

I know this question has been beat to frigging death but I cannot seem to find a straight forward answer to my question. From what I have read so far the magnetic pickups are not going to be used on the KA, and we are to use the white wire. But where does this damn white wire go, to the coil or to the distributor. This is a 91 ka24de so it's not an internal coil type, and if it makes a difference I am using a aftermarket MSD coil. This is what I have got so far.Heavy red wire= +terminal of batteryHeavy black wire= a good chassis groundSmall red wire= a 12volt sourceOrange wire= + terminal of coilSmall black wire= - terminal of coilViolet and Green(magnetic pickup)= supposedly not usedWhite wire= I haven't a clue

No mag pickup, Mitsubishi optical sensor.
