Thats pretty good..... I still like the idea of getting a can of compressed air, and have a button in the cabin and say you got NOS.....Florida240sx wrote:The CB radio I got for free. PA cost me $13 then stuff to make my car "redneck" to make the CB work properly in a sports car cost me about $50.$16 Cable 15 for the antenna and 13 for the mount and the $3 for the power cord. I bought a $65 mic for it to not needed thought for PA only increase sound when talking on a channel. I played along with them once and the guy thought my alternator was a turbo......luckily my phone rang just as he said it and we had to take off. I was speechless when he said that.

you should have told him it was front wheel, he probably would have said the same thing. then when he did, say no it isnt i was just testing you, the reactions when you do stuff like this are to die for.crzycav86 wrote:Some guy was driving my car, and as we were conversing, he said "is this car rwd?" so true...crzycav86 wrote:I was at a car show with some friends, and we were looking inside an engine bay of a turbo'd car, then one of the guys says: "Is that the turbo?" He was pointing at the air filter... I just laughed after that.. haha.
Yeah, high school sucks. You get a lot of posers who think they know what they're talking about.
Actually, you can. He might not be able to, but you really can.crzycav86 wrote:Some guy was driving my car, and as we were conversing, he said "is this car rwd?" I said yes, and then the jackass goes "yeah, I can tell by the way it feels..." Right...
Nah. He already knew it was rwd. He just wanted to sound smart. He was also intent on buying it(at that time I was intent on selling it), but he ended up flaking out. Thank God.nismofly wrote:you should have told him it was front wheel, he probably would have said the same thing. then when he did, say no it isnt i was just testing you, the reactions when you do stuff like this are to die for.
i have to agree with him there i like my dads miata a lot better, especially since its scca road racing prepared, that makes it even better.ZPmadA wrote:I've been in my friends SRT4 and its pulls nicely. Looks like its got straight pipes from the factory, or atleast thats what he says. He also has a Miata and likes it more than the SRT4. Can't beat RWD.
