The only people who actually say that any of those things are true are people who were already opposed to the project. Doesn't pass the smell test.
Those are issues to resolve before using this as definite ammunition in a protest. Again this does nothing to negate their right to build the place. And I dont even know if I want to set a precedent where any religious institution must be investigated before proceeding.
