Since it was decided that we should have an indy meet every so often, we need to get this organized......
We should probably have it at the same place every time, or close to...... I dont know how much we're gonna be able to do in the upcoming months, with the holidays and winter...... But im sure we can work something out......
If we plan enough time in advance, we could get together to work/mod peoples cars, or we could just hang out at hooters or something (4 locations, woohoo!!!)
EDIT: If you all want to, I can organize this partly.... Obviously Im gonna need some help, but Ill do as much as I can.... I dont have much of a life during the winter (no job and no golf)..... Anyone can email me for my cell number......
Monthly Indy area Meets!
My Sundays are pretty much unavailable. I also am not free on the 22nd or the following weekend. So that leaves me with either the 8th or the 15th if we want to get together on the weekends. I am free through the week except Monday and Wednesdays. So, whatever everyone wants to do.
I saw that Bud and Andy said that they were working on it, but I haven't seen anything from them lately regarding it.

If Saturday is good for everyone, then I say shoot for Saturday. Unfortunately I'll be working until about 5, and couldn't make it up until about 6:30. I'm not sure what time of day you guys were wanting to do something, but if it runs that late or around that time I will definately be there, and if that's a bit later than everyone can do then I guess I'll have to miss out yet again (work sucks). I would try and get out of it, but we've got 2 guys on vacation and Saturday will pretty much be all overtime for me so although it's likely I couldn't get out of it, in the event that I could it would not be a wise decision for me to make givin that I'm trying to possibly move and buy another car. Figure it out guys, I'll make it if I can, and for the most part have to preferance on as to where it's at but I will admit that I know the greenwood/south indy areas much better than anywhere else. Actually, it's all of Indy that I'm familair with, but whatever, if I have to learn a new area then so be it. Lata

Oh yea, whether I can show up or not I'll help in planning any way I can. I see that hooters is out, anyone else have a good idea for a meeting area? I only know of a few good places in greenwood, being Arch Rivals (good steakhouse), four seasons and the usual golden corral or any fast food chain....

That's alright, my main concern is that things haven't been completely figured out yet and I have to be at work at 8. Before everything happens tomorrow could you please post here what's going on and where/what time or give me a cell phone number of someone who does? That way when I get off work I can give whoever a call so I know. I won't be able to make it up there until about 2:30 so if I have a number to call it will help alot . Too much democracy can slow a club down.My recommendation is, one of the moderators takes the lead and makes decsion for next meet+time + location.

Hey there everybody. It is Saturday morning and i just wanted to let you guys know that I am not going to be able to do anything today. I went out with some friends last night and we ended up here in Chicago this morning. Spontanaety is always good I guess. I won't be back in Indy till Monday morning. I just pluged my laptop in at our hotel and thought I would let you know not to expect me for anything. Have a great weekend.

Ok, well, I guess some of you guys got together that is great., but this is way too unorganized.
I am taking control.
Here is the plan, if there is a problem let me know. The first Saturday of every month, we are going to meet at BW3's in Castelton at 7pm.
