Mirror memory issue

How many of you have an issue with the mirror memory? I program the backup memory for the mirror, I see its set after programming because I test it out a few times, then days later the mirror doesn't automatically go to position on backup. Yes I press the memory button when I get in the car, yes everything else goes to position...sometimes I have to press it twice for the steering wheel, but when I go to reverse it looks like it goes to the default reverse position. I had this issue two years ago and the dealer replaced some stuff in the mirror and everything was good up until about a month ago. No battery removal so memory shouldn't be wiped.

Sooooo, is this a chronic issue with this car or do I just have bad luck?
