Well Dan, I looked at an FSM and figured everything out. The oem taper plug goes into the exhaust manifold port for the egr. I will have to get a block-off plate made using the gasket pattern for the intake manifold part of the egr. Also I was told I could use another taper plug for the aiv in the downpipe, but that's an easy fix on the welder.

I was also hoping to get parts numbers for a clutch slave cylinder, exhaust manifold gasket, and flywheel bolts for my '93 240sx. If it matters, I will be using a '98 motor with the '93 manifolds and transmission.

Will all that stuff work for a 93 or do you need different clutch stuff since its from a different year?

Everything from a '93 should work with no problems. As long as they are both ka24de, I don't think it will matter. Let me know some prices and about the hats.

The Slave cylinder is $35.18 (30620-69F02)

The exhaust gaskets are $7.69 each (14036-53F01)

The flywheel bolts are $3.30 each (12315-42L11)

I still got hats. What color did you want?

Hey Dan, need a piece not sure what it would be. Its the piece the driver side mirror is attached to that seals the front of the window. Mine is bending outward when i wash my car it lets water in. Can you find it and whats the price on the piece for a 97 240?

Gonna pull the mirror off tommorow and check it out in detail. Think it might need the whole side mirror assembly. The front part of the triangular part is warping out or was bent not sure exactly what as it was like that when i bought it.How much for the 9636 i guess, can't see the whole number?

There is a difference in whether they are painted the same as the vehicle or if they are just black. Here is the link:http://www.trademotion.com/par...gid=2

Nice price! Mine are body colored is it prepainted or do I have to paint it? If I have to paint it do you have any aspen white paint? Sorry if these questions seem common sense, but most my car experience is with older vehicles.

Its not painted, sorry. They come prep'd to paint. I dont sell the paint her but you can take your paint code down to your local paint supply store and they should be able to hook you up.

Well I need another front sway bar endlink for a 95 240sx, (A associate bought the one I ordered needed more than me,also this would work fine for a 90 240sx front sway bar endlink?) Also need a set of sway bar bushings as well. part # still got hats.. Thanks

Looks like your going to need the whole mirror. That plastic piece is molded into the mirror housing and comes as a unit. Sorry . Well, at least I can get you a great price on the mirror .

The Tyvek (parachute material) they use is fairly flexible. I would say you would have no problem getting that over any body pieces.

Theres a 97 240 in a junkyard near here gonna see if i can get the side mirror off that before i order, was also thinking bout the headliner, previous owner smoked and couldn't find the moonroof if his life depended on it. Couldn't find it on the site, how much is it? NM i found it
