on the 300zx's how do you get the middle tail light to light up. is it led's or do you have to buy and whole new panel.

the best way to do it is with electro luminecent strip, if you are not knowledgable in this area i'd sudgest contacting GreatGonzerhis info as well as a pic of his work are in this thread zerothread/208725

Thats not what he is talking about, or I am pretty dang sure he isn't

The third break light is powered by bulbs, just replace the bulbs
