I know that this belongs in the "for sale" section and I am going to place it there also, but many of you like my Z and I regret to inform all here that I have decided to sell my beloved 300ZX NA to TT converted 300zx?!!!

I'm selling it because I can no longer enjoy it the way that I want to. My wife is now going to school at night so I am in charge of taking the kids to dance class, soccer practice, out to eat etc. During this time I cannot take the Z because it is only a 2 seater. My other car is an Xterra. Do the math. My wife needs to drive a vehicle to school. She cannot reach the pedals of my Z and cant drive it, but I need a car with more room than my Z in order to take the family out. So I need to sell the Z. I will miss my Z dearly but I have no choice.Bummer. :wall:  I have a 1990 Nissan 300zx (TT) that is for sale here in Rio Rancho (pictures below). Here is the scoop. It was born as an NA (naturally aspirated) 300zx. I ordered a TT (TWIN TURBO) motor out of a 1993 JDM 300ZXTT and had it implanted into my Z's chassis and created a beast. Here is what the Z has... 1990 Nissan 300zx t-tops, manual transmission with 118K on the odometer with a transplanted 1993 JDM TT motor (with less than 50K miles on the motor). New timing belt, and idler pulleys installed.ASH SPEC ECU. NEW AMZ stage II turbos Underdrive crank pulley.NISMO 555cc injectors Greddy Type S boost controller 1 piece steel AMZ driveshaft XTD 6 puck racing clutch Fidanza aluminum 10.5lb FlywheelCorbeau adjustable racing seats Megan Racing cat-back exhaust systemAlpine CD/MP3 playerFocal rear component speakersEagle alloy 17 in rims with Falken tiresCustom rear 300zx GreatGonzer Glow panelJDM clear turnsignal rear lightsVERY RARE Escort Racing front fasciaVery rare NAVAN shift KnobREDLINE leather shift boot and E-brake boot.HID 9006K headlightsNA rear differential for better launches than a standard TT... THIS CAR IS FAST! It is in great condition. A lot of time, effort and money went into making this car what it is. It is definitely a head turner and gets lots of attention. The only issue that I know of is that it has the normal second and fourth gear wine that often plagues the 300zx. It is not a problem, but is just kind of annoying. Paint is good with minor dings/scuffs here and there. must see to appreciate. I'm asking $11K or best offer + or - . I will probably put it on Ebay with a starting bid of $10K. Here are some picks Darrell GreatGonzer Gonzales[email protected]

your wife must be really short, I'm only 5-6 and the seat has room to move further forward, but I still understand the need to have more family friendly car, good luck

thats too bad about your z , but you know its family first, a car is only a car if you think about it, you most likely would have had to get rid of it anyways, and maybe not in a way that you would have liked. at least this way you know your making someone elses day... dont get me wrong i love the z just as much as all of you but im just saying... but i suppose you dont have time to do a part out cuz i would take like that boost controller & ecu upgrade!

Bummer Gonz,

Can't you just get an inexpensive DD for the time being?

You'll likely take a loss greater than the cost of a beater when you sell.

Best of luck to you in what ever you end up doing.
