So exactly what is it I would be fighting for?....
I think you would have preferred to have gotten an appraisal that gets the repairs under the 75% limit and avoid a salvage title.

Maybe someone else would but not me, not now, not anymore. I can still drive it. I have three grand to put towards a newer less troublesome Q. I will loose some power, but the 94 is not getting any younger, or less trouble free and it certainly is not gaining any value.

Thing is if I had finished the body work, I could have argued the value vs the estimate, but as it was..... it was not a fight I felt comfortable fighting. The adjuster, adjusted the estimate almost five hundred dollars and the ration still was not in my favor.

One more thing, in Indiana, since the vehicle is over seven years old, there will be NO change in title at all. The insurance company will not offer me comp/collision but that is the only affect on me as I understand it.

Lino and Rex, I did not think about Craigs list.... thanks good for references. I have been looking at AOL Autos and Auto Trader. I found a few of interest but costing more than I was expecting. I will take my time.
