Nope. 17 can consent if the other party is within 3 years of age (or is it 2) 16 cannot consent. I dated a 16 year old when I was 18, and we checked. She was hot, so it would have been worth the jail time;)

Hilary Duff used to be hotter... Now she's put on some weight and turning slut....

Lindsay Lohan is a slut as well.....

Both are very nice, but if I had to pick between the 2 id go for hilary....

I dont know about the ages for everywhere else--but 16 is the legal consenting age for intercourse in South Carolina.But, there is a catch. If the female is 16, and the male is older than 4 years her senior--it has been considered statatory in the past.

But--they are close enough. With their images--you could poke em in every hole they have and theyd never tell anyone. Theyd be too worried about their sex lives ruining their image.I bet they are all freaks. If they arent--then they will be.I mean--for gods sake--look at the olsen twins. i'd get on amanda bynes, any day of teh week, but i want the chick from "the girl next door"hilary is just kinda too young, just turned 16, im almost 20. lindsay lohan, hell, why not, she looks dirty enough to me. then there is mandy moore, but thats another story

I used to think she wasnt that attractive, I had only seen her on 24. But in that new movie she's in, she's ranking pretty high.

Really though, it doesnt have to be huge, but I gotta be able to grab onto something. Too much booty is useless. And dont give me no booty made of fat. I likes mine to be thick and have meat to them. Also big boobs, whether real or fake(fake on any1), on skinny girls dont attract me either. I dont consider my standards high and Im also willing to make exceptions.
