looks really good I love mesh but its by no means low. You still have like two or three fingers between the fender and tire.

You can be flush on tires that aren't super stretched, it just requires camber.

Thought I had mentioned, but I guess I didn't add it back in when I rewrote my first post....

I can only find one of my Coilover Wrenchs, so I need to grab one of my buddy's so I can lower them more. I have 2 fingers worth of gap still and need to get rid of it.
AmoebAssassin wrote:Looks good!

However, it'd look better with no wheel gap, spacers, and a roll
Thanks & I will work on that, trust me.

Also, my interpritation of Flush, is not the same as Zylvia's ok. Flush to me is when one thing is even with another, in this case I am refering to the edge of the wheel & the fender. iunno, looks pretty even to me. My streets are shytty as hell, I wanted some extra protection for my wheels, I like the look of Squared off tires, I am not all about the stretched tires, I am the owner of my car. I am not going to start a back and forth battle with this, so your reply is not neccisary.

Also wanted to add that I am not currently using spacers & don't much understand the need for them, seeing my current position/stance.

I personally like his 240 it doesnt sit too low and its clean that ride height for where i live would be perfect with all the dips we have . What kind of springs or coilovers are you using .

Yea well, I am not Japanese, I do not live in Japan, I do not support the mad Tyte JDM Dorifto Scene. I am a kid, from america, in america with a USDM Car..

Thanks for the kind words. Honestly, just because a car has the oppurtunity to rub the fenders, doesn't mean it has too. I like how it sits, but want to go lower, diminish 1/3-1/2 of the wheel gap. I have KSport Coilovers, I know Yoko is going to trash on them next post but I don't much care. I needed Coilovers, I am not a straight baller, I took what I could. I plan on replacing them with KTS or STANCE, not entirely sure on which, planned STANCE since I heard about the GR+ Pros coming out, but my buddy swears by KTS and have personally felt it, so still in the decision and saving stages for that.

dude, he is saying it is flush, which originated from japan, which was carried over by the VIP movement, then adapted to drifting. By him saying THAT is flush, is blasphemy.

and your wrong. do your researchim not being a d!ck, look at other posts, i actuall provide useful information, im just straightforward, and not polite about it, if you cant handle it, grow up and quit being a girl.

just like in this post, im informing a member that his car is not what he says it is, so when he tells people that really know unlike you, he wont get made fun of in public.

if you were to get it lower you would have "good fitment" but the wheel needs to be "flush" with the fender to be "flush"

and your car is low but you still have some mad wheel gap. get her down another 2" and it'll be sweet!

Guys, ok chill. Yoko made a good point and he is right. Alright, I guess my terminology is off. Ok, now that that is cleared up, lets stop the arguing about what makes flush, flush. We can all go to Zylvia for that. eds13, said it best, I have "good fitment".

eds13, I can't wait to get it lower, I just need to get with my buddy and borrow another one of his coilover wrenchs, so I can get at it.

Also guys, stop hating on Yoko, he just tells it how it is and does not candy coat it. I now see where he is coming from, and he is right in the fact that I had my terminology wrong, and I will correct myself to prevent later contradiction.

Some better "Good Fitment" Shots:

Hehe, I cleaned her up again, and again coated with another fine layer of dust. I need a car cover. Can't be cleaning my car every other day.

However, I do need some paint/body work. Paint for the most part in pretty good condition, other then a few problematic areas. There are alot of dents and dings throughtout the car, and needs new Driver Fender. Having a black car reallllly brings the "problems" out.

Midnight Blue/Black Roof/Gold Mesh... what do you think?

i think you should keep it black. cars are always worth more when they stay the original color. and as far as those wrenches go, just use a screwdriver and a hammer. thats what i have to do when i dont have any wrenches around.

k, now that thats cleared up

good fitmentHowever a sugestion, when you go lower, and you hit bumps, or hard cornering, its going to rub, i suggest you roll the rears slightly to make a tad more clearance for hte tire when the body shifts.(or wheel, whatever)

ah... teh old screw driver and rubber hammer method... works every time.

Also, tein wrenches also work on most coils, I picked up 2 for like $5

Yea that was suggest before too, thought about it.

That is why I do not want to slam it all the way just yet, I want to be able to get the Roll, that way I do not have to worry about rubbing issues. My streets are horrible here, so many random speedbump like bumps, dips, pot holes, uneven lanes, its horrible.

WTF? The TEIN Spanners that I saw are $25.00 for a pair, I was offered $20.00 shipped for some from a forum member because he sold his 240. I was going to take it but then I found some parts I need needed...
