There have been no hotels discussed officially. I think you're on your own for that.

I am sorry to inform you all that as of recent my Q has decided to act extremely homosexual.... so with that being said, I will have to get it ironed out and make sure 100% it will make the trip with no problems, otherwise the Wes will not be attending the meet

Just do your best to make it there Clutch, that's all anyone can ask. Even if your ride isn't ready it'll still be a great time and a good reason to meet some fellow Niconauts.

How much food do we have for the meet?

Are we planning on pitching in some cash?

Is there a store close to the church?

Is there a pizza place that delivers to the church?

Like the new thread, maybe put a link in it to this one though.

Also, I didn't want to clutter the new thread.. so, What direction will everyone from Louisville be heading? I am in the London/Corbin area. I didn't know if you guys would be coming through here or if I need to head up there earlier.

From Louisville, we'll be shooting stright down I-65 to Bowling Green, meeting up with some people at the Corvette Museum (exit 28 I think), and then heading to Opry Mills.

So, From what I can see on Google Maps it would be better for me to go to Somerset, take "Louie B Nunn Cumberland Pkwy" over to 65 and just meet you guys in BG.. If someone has free time, you can check me on that and if you see a better route just let me know. Also, if anyone is planning on coming from this area south of Louisville, let me know and we can start the London - Bowling Green Caravan..

Sorry for such a long delay in reply, just had a lot going on otherwise. Everything's looking good so far; we will have drinks there for $1 a piece (20 ounce; we're not profitting, they're from Dominos pizza) and depending on what goes down, you all will either be enjoying BBQ, hamburgers and hot dogs, or pizza. In other words, come open minded about the food! I'm trying my best to get something set in stone, but worst comes to worst, we'll be eating pimento cheese sandwiches all day. We can hang regardless though, right? On another note, everyone BE CAREFUL!!! I CAN NOT stress that enough. I want a huge turn out, but at no one's expense. Drive safely and I cant wait to meet you all.

the sunday following the meet, the Tennessee reg scca is holding an autocross just down the road at the superspeedway.

heres a link to the site that has more info. http://www.trscca.com/trscca/
