In the spirit of the Bush or Kerry thread, I've decided we should have a hamburger spread thread. Which do ya'll prefer? I was thinking about this when I realized that Whataburger puts mustard on their burgers if you dont tell them otherwise, and I think wendy's does too. I personally LOVE mayonnaise or preferably miracle whip and cant stand mustard. I think more people than not probably agree with me too. I'm also including ketchup on the list as well since its another valid hamburger topping :) I'm also wondering if this is a regional thing, do more northerners like mustard or something?Which do you prefer on a hamburger?

They're all essential to my burger-enjoying experience.

I have noticed that alot of the Virginia natives love ketchup, even on stuff it doesn't belong on: eggs, steak, fried chicken....crazy hicks.

miracle whip should be outlawed. And the only mayo that should be legal, and reguired to be on most sandwiches is Dukes, or maybe Deep South, if Dukes isn't available.

I actually like to do a blind of mayo mixed with a tad of mustard (French's of course).

I love all three on my burger. But I friggin' hate Miracle Whip! Jeez, if my dad buy's that crap again, I think I might just shoot him in the foot. But what about BBQ sauce? Does no one else like the beuatiful sauce? Oh, this reminds me of that SNL skit...

"Sooooo.... you likey the sauce, eh? The sauce taste good, eh?"

I cant stand Mayo on anything except with tuna fish and macaronisalad(Not too much though). I flip a sh1t when I tell people no mayo and they put that crap on my sammich. Wendy's is good for that. They do it almost every time with my Spicy chicken.

With that said Id prefer ketchup over mustard, but when its not too much mustard, then Im fine with both.

You all suck. I have declared war on condiments for a long time now. I eat nothing on my burgers at all except salt or worstishire (sp?)sauce. I hate Ketchup, mayo, mustard, and anything containing vinagar aside from worstioshire sauce. I don't know why I like it but for some reason I do. I hate all other steak sauces as well. Damn the man!

I was wondering why I've never heard of Whataburger. But I'll be fine as long as I can get my 4x4 burger at In-N-Out...

I prefer all 3 but if I had to pick one it would be mustard. I put mustard on practically everything. Should've added in Texas Pete hot sauce. That and mustard mixed together for french fries can't be beat.

Oh and Nathan, I'm killing you for the Whataburger comment. I haven't had a damn Whataburger since Oct. Now I'll be craving one for the next damn month.

Wait, if I prefer mine without any of these, does that make me an anarchist?!
