Yea the shop in sac. I actually went to the shop and brought it home myself, they were really nice though I asked them about an S14 sr front clip and he brought one down and tested it and everything. It didn't have fenders or a bumper so he sold it to me at a discount and hooked me up with an lsd. I'm definetly going back there if I get another engine.

Well this week I have been talking to a local tuning shop about getting a fuel computer, and we decided on an australian piggyback kind of computer that seems to have all the same controls as the AEM ems. I'm hoping by the first week of may to have my car dyno/tuned.

Today I also managed to pick up a pretty nice (aside from a little dirt) R32 seat .

very nice build. its good to see someone else putting an s14 sr into a s13. whats the reason for the 550s? and i also have the problem with boost creep on my s14 sr. let me know if you figure out a way to stop it lol

Mastashake: your seatbelts are weird :O arent they 3 point belts ? we dont have these kind of seatbelts here in sweden

Hybrid swaps FTW lol, I always thought the S14 sr was a better bang for your buck though. Well I got those cause I plan on upping the boost and I just wanted to be safe heh. That sucks man, ya I'll let you know if I find anything to solve the problem heh.

So I went to my local dyno/tuning shop and asked about what kind of standalone I should get to tune everything. Based on my budget he suggested trying this fairly unused MAP 2 ecu which lets me run 2 map settings and tuning almost as good as an aem. Everything was installed today and worked with no problems, tomorrow he is going to tune it for stock boost and high boost(13psi I think). anyone want to guess what my base/low/highboost numbers will be?

i think it looks cool.. its not that big of a deal people paint other parts such as trannies and intercooler piping and such why not a downpipe.. wonder if it smokes or smells bad when the downpipe gets hot tho..

lol my brother painted it with hightemp paint when I wasn't home. I think it gives it an interesting look though, and it will help prevent rust. It hasn't burnt off yet even after some hard driving.

liking the4 car. glad to see you hear you had a good experience with venus. ive delt with them before and it was good but ive heard some horror stories as well.

Sorry about the delay, we were dynoing it and ran into a few problems. my power steering line burst, one of my turbo coolant lines blew a washer and my BOV decided to seize up and blew a piece of metal into the turbo...

But everything is fixed now(except for the power steering) and finally went ahead with the tune

I started with 197 whp @8psi and with the tune I ended up getting 252.2 whp @14psi
