You can't put any other sensor on, but the one that came with your car, unless you're ECU is retuned for that specific MAF.
You need to buy one from the same model car, if its for a SOHC 240, you need a MAF from an SOHC 240, if its for an S14 240, you need a MAFs for an S14, and so on and so forth.
