manual conversion or trade, want help!

i bought this automatic 240 in this local auction house 4 $300, and after owning it 4 a few weeks now, i am really bored, i want to do do a manual coversion to the car or just trade it 4 a manual, can anyone help me!! my email is [email protected]

I did a writeup on my Cardomain page, the link is in my sig. It's not the greatest going around, but it will give you the general idea of how it's done.

I wouldn't trade cars though...the swap is fairly cheap and quite easy if you have the resources.

The swap is easy I wouldn't trade cars if yours runs fine. A swap can be done for a few hundred.
