ok, progress, my turbine revolution sensor is on the way, and so is my speed sensor, I'm gonna go ahead and change all 3 sensors but one thing I'm stumped on....here's what i've done, on all 4 tires elevated off the ground by jack stands, I changed the inhibitor switch for free, pops got lifetime warranty on it way back when, also I changed the battery terminals, they were heavily oxidized, almost like tarnished brass, put liquid electrical tape around the new crimps to protect the copper, and started right up, I let it warm up until it idled at 650rpm, +/- few, and put it in Reverse gear and tested it, it was fine, no stumbling vibration through the steering wheel while engine braking...it was smooth and constant. then put it in Drive and it accelerated so smoothly and powerfully, the speedometer needle was matching the Tachometer's (I think that's what its called), but......when I let off the gas the RPM's came down to around 850rpm +/- a few and stayed there with the speedometer at 15 - 20mph until I braked to come to a "complete stop".........what's going on there...I'm stumped. there's no air leaks at all...could it that the rear was slightly higher off the ground....
