MAF & injector change - very rich idle - help!

I swapped to z32 maf and 555cc injectors. I swap the ECU with another one (with calum board, tuned for the proper maf and injectors) now I got a rough idle, very rich.

the CEL also turns on, but if i try to run self diagnostic by turning the diagnostic screw toggle, the red LED still stay on (solid). so I cannot even get the code

the tune may be messed up.

you might need a retune, or an SAFC

Need more help. Is it a bad ECU? i cannot even change modes and get the OBD code

s oyoure running 555 injectors and a z32 MAFS on an na ka, you have a "chipped" board but youre running rich? have it re-tuned.
