Here is my M37x with aero kit lowered. First of all what you guys think is it too low or just right? And I'm thinking about different rims. What offset should I get to be flash to the body? Any input would be great! [img]20140422_193323.jpg/img] [img]20140422_193344.jpg/img]

I think you need to host the photo somewhere like Dropbox or flicker with a full URL.

I use dropbox for all my photos that I post...make sure the pics are in PUBLIC folder and copy public link. Also make sure you have all the brackets and what not. Your first post is missing [.
Sample from my dropbox.

the side view looks good. A different set of wheels would make a big difference. from the link above, we are not able to see the front.

I recently removed my front Aero bumper and replaced it with the Sport bumper. I know it will sound like i'm whining, but damn that Aero bumper is a PITA to drive with. I'm an older guy and to me, function > form. I don't want to be driving around being extra cautious and such, so I made the change to the Sport bumper and so far, I'm happy with it.

BUT, I do miss the aggressive look of the Aero bumper, and have been contemplating putting it back on.

Yeah the drop looks good. What did you install? Springs or coilovers? I would just get a set of oem 20" sport wheels.

I did eibach springs...bc coilovers were not available for awd at the time. The height looks good. Will look better with some 20" inch wheels. Offset you should be able to do +20 maybe +25 over stock but you should measure with your drop.

Thanks for suggestions! I'm debatind between 20" and 19". I leave in Detroit so roads here are horrible you know :( so I'm little afraid to put 29s on but I'll look for that of set though

Looks great! In a year or so I plan on having an air ride system installed. The roads where I live (outside philly) are not very forgiving on cars especially lowered cars.

looks good and def. go with 20" or larger for the M. If you're afraid of the roads just get fat tires to "help". OEM size for the new M's are thicker than the older generation M's but dont look bad. If you want a cheap avenue with tires to sort of test it out GTR wheels are a good "upgrade" and only cost around 1000 bucks sometimes with tires and sensors.

Would you possibly consider selling the aero bumper? I live in MD. Please PM me

You won't be able to receive PM's for a while, so you'll have to get your "posts count" numbers higher.

As for now, no I do not have any plans to sell my Aero bumper. While the Sport bumper proves better for driving, I still prefer the look of the Aero bumper. So i'll keep it, should I decide later on to put it back on.

I go back and forth as to which bumper I want to get...the oem sport bumper of the aero bumper. I might be interested in the sport bumper if you decide to go back to aero on your car. Is the aero bumper really that much lower? Is your car lowered or stock height? What color?

My car is black and i'm riding on BC Racing coilovers. The car is lowered, but not slammed, and yes, the Aero bumper is lower (at the same ride height) than the sport bumper.

The sport bumper looks good, but I think that aero bumper looks better.

Ok so I'm new here. I didn't know there was a difference between the sport bumper and the aero kit bumper. Could someone post pics of both so I can see the difference?
