Easily one of the nicest Ms I've seen. I have the aero kit on my car, so its an 06-07 bumper with the lip, but I'm really considering going for the 08+ sport bumper. It looks a lot nicer to me. Less aggressive, but more sophisticated, IMO. Do you think it's worth the trouble?

Edit: I forgot to mention that the previous owner had put a clear bra on the car, so I'd have to put one on the new bumper as well; more $$ :(

I went with the 08 Sport bumper because I could not find a aero kit for a decent cost. I also think the 08+ bumper gives it a more mean front end not to mention I thought it looked great. For the cost of the swap VS the cost of finding your aero front I def think it is worth its weight in Polycarbonate.

So as I am coming up on a year with my M I have a few new updates that I will post later. I have noticed NO ONE is making there engine bays pretty the way the VQ35DE G guys are. Anyone can paint a engine cover but why not take it one step further? The parts are there the formula is also there so I am gonna give it a shot wish me luck!!!

@ Luv, the M is nasty....Always loved that 'beveled' style BBS look..I'm assuming they're forged so they're lightweight too...Funny you thru on Eibachs, I've been considering swapping my Eibach's for Teins. The drop is just so aggressive (peep the pics), I'm tired of straddling speed bumps and looking for dips more than the car in front of me. When you're handy like you are, it's much easier to just 'go at it' with the mods. You representing well homie.

very nice!!!!

I want to turn my orange wood kit in to a nice redish rosewood but don't know if it's best to stain the oem wood or just get it rapped in vinyl.

Did you do your or did you send it out?

I had it done by this local shop here in MD, they painted the wood this gold silverish rusty color & hydro dipped the wood to give me this effect.

How long does it take to get done?

could you ask what would be the price if you needed another set done in another color? This may become a spring trip to MD

I am not sure how long actual start to finish I would think it would be the same as painting a part. Prep paint bake clear bake polish. I know they are pretty busy but I can put you all into contact and see what happens. The pieces are pretty easy to take apart.

That looks incredible. Wouldn't work on my color car but I am toying with a high gloss black. I have a spare nav/info center control and it looks like the buttons and knob could be removed. We'll see.

Would be cheaper to do it yourself.

all you need is
- vinyl
- heat gun/hairdryer
- razor blade

After looking for sometime I can't find a nice brown/redish wood in high gloss to wrap the wood kit.

It looks like I may be going with cardon fiber

How hard is it to do the center contol panel?

besides the center control, radio & shift panel are you removing all other parts in order to rap them?

Looking at youtube doors and dash panels are done without taking the parts out.

Well being we the VQ35DE I noticed that all the G/Z guys have such hot engine bays being the big brothers we are we need to dominate them in every way so lets get it started who else wants to start the Polished Modded engine bay trend for the M35/45???

I was the first to polish my intake manifold for the 45  now I need to repaint my panels once this cold weather goes away. I also polished my hood lift supports before I knew they sold them in our size :tisk:
