If you don't water the dirt, the dirt won't grow.

Wow, 100/wk on food!

As of today (Oct 10) I am already at 165.01. It's easy to assume you're not spending much when you have a lot of small transactions. I have 15 for the month so far!
I'm gonna have to get that in check!
Well, for the whole month of OCT, I spent $361.41 (groceries=261.51, everything else=99.90). So while I did cut back on going out to eat, I spent more at the grocery store (makes sense).
It doesn't help that I am trying to put on some muscle and thus eating more meat.

If food stamps provide $4.50/day and Nov has 30 days, that's $135.
My goal for Nov will be to spend under $270 (twice food stamps). I'm already at $77.53 for the month, but that's because I always have to go out to eat on drill weekends. So, I need to spend <$190 for 25 days.
